Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves working at two facilities in a shared schedule, with three days dedicated to one location and two days to another. The position requires providing therapeutic services to patients in need of rehabilitation and maintaining optimal functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Develop treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care objectives are met

Schedule

• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• End Date: 01/02/2027
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapist license
• Relevant degree in occupational therapy
• Compliance with state licensing regulations

Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities is advantageous (preferred but not required)
• No minimum years of experience required
