Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Week

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve patient function.

Key Duties:

• Conduct evaluations
• Implement therapy interventions
• Document patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care

Qualifications

Must meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1 and 3, color vision, OSHA safety, skills checklist, and specialty exam.

Skills

Strong assessment, communication, and patient care skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
