Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Week

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Complete required documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have completed necessary onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, color vision, OSHA safety, skills checklist, and specialty exam
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential
