Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Week

Role & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Maintain a schedule of Monday to Friday, working 36-40 hours per week with 30 hours guaranteed.

Achieve an 85-90% productivity target.

Handle all aspects of patient evaluation and treatment planning.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Manage documentation, billing, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of SNF protocols.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
