Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,844 per week

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Medford, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
