About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting July 27, 2026, in Clearlake, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
- Ensure all services comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent 3 months of experience in the specialty area.
- Experience working in a day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Knowledge of HCHB and at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- No call and no weekend shifts.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Pay
Mileage reimbursement according to government mileage rate.
Schedule
