Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• Work within the Occupational Therapy department
• Offer services during a day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts
• Work a total of 40 hours per week
• Complete a 13-week assignment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS certification required
• Occupational Therapy license required if applicable
• Valid driver’s license required for consideration

Qualifications

Residents within an 80-mile radius or willing to accept a local rate are considered. Local candidates may be offered a lower rate.
