About the role

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Requirements

• Day Shift - Mileage is in addition to the bill rate. Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pm
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications: Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
