About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract starting August 2, 2026, working 40 hours per week in the days shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- ACOTE accredited.
