About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract starting July 25, 2026, working 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- Knowledge of long-term care settings and patient care protocols.

Pay
