About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Danville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Illinois.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of recent, relevant experience in long-term care settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience working with patients in long-term care environments.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
