Requirements

• Current certification in therapy/rehabilitation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in home health settings
• Knowledge of HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis charting systems
