Responsibilities
- Assess patients based on physician orders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in discharge planning
- Supervise therapy assistants and students
- Ensure confidentiality
- Contribute to team conferences, documentation, and quality assurance activities
Qualifications
- Current state license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Able to participate in float rotations if needed
Work Details
- 8-hour days
- 40 hours per week
