About the role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hand Therapist to join our team. This role specializes in the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients regain function, mobility, and independence. The position is based in an outpatient clinic or hospital‑based therapy department serving post‑operative, orthopedic, and neurological upper extremity patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions including post‑surgical cases, fractures, tendon injuries, nerve injuries, and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and clinical findings
• Fabricate and fit custom orthoses/splints for various diagnoses
