Responsibilities
- Provide specialized assessments
- Fabricate splints
- Deliver patient and family education
- Manage orthopedic upper extremity conditions including post-operative, acute injuries, and chronic cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure safety protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic charting using Epic
Qualifications
- Valid California OT license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 5 years of outpatient hand therapy experience
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience with splint fabrication and managing diverse orthopedic cases
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred
