Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered rehabilitation therapy
- Evaluate treatment needs
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Manage up to 6 patients per shift
- Track treatment times and charges
- Utilize equipment such as ESTIM, lifts, and IADL assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months acute care OT experience
- Active Kansas license
- BLS certification
- Experience in inpatient rehab and neuro certification are preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of therapy equipment
- Patient management
- Documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, modern environment with state-of-the-art technology
