About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Home Health Occupational Therapy.
- Current licensure to practice in the state of Iowa.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Iowa.
- Experience with home health care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.

Pay
