Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
• Start Date: August 3, 2026
• End Date: October 26, 2026
• One year of experience working as a full-time Occupational Therapist
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
