Travel Occupational Therapist – Home Health - $2,740 per week

Uniti Med is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Iowa.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
