American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB experience along with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services to a geriatric patient population.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication with the care team.
• Maintain an average caseload of 5‑7 patients per day with approximately 6 visits daily.
• Meet a minimum productivity requirement of 30 points weekly.
• Adhere to a Monday‑through‑Friday day shift schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with no weekend work required.
• Remain flexible with assigned territory within a 60‑mile radius of the hub office.
• Complete required training modules during Monday orientation.
• Note: No on‑call requirement per posting (though on‑call rotation may be discussed during interview).
