Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- No on-call duties required
Requirements
- Washington state Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (BLS preferred)
- 1 year of experience
- Scrubs or business casual attire acceptable
