Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist assignment in Spokane Valley, Washington. 13-week contract starting November 9, 2026. Full-time, 40 hours per week on day shift (5x8-hour shifts). One opening available. Job ID: P-774194.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a geriatric patient population in a home health setting
• Manage an average caseload of 5–7 patients per day
• Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments using OASIS
• Participate in on-call rotation every 6th weekend
• Remain flexible with assigned territory; travel pairs accepted but each traveler receives independent territory and must have own transportation
• Ensure timely documentation and communication of patient care
• Complete Hospice/Home Health compliance checklist during onboarding
• Attend Monday orientation including billable modules

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license (as applicable by state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant home health experience
• BLS certification required; NBCOT certification preferred
• Active driver's license and personal transportation required
• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Local candidates will not be considered
• Former employees must be separated from the organization for at least 6 months
