Travel Occupational Therapist – Home Health - $2,697 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an Occupational Therapist to take an assignment in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This assignment lasts 13 weeks and is scheduled to start on August 10, 2026.
About the role
This is a travel position with a duration of 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, on an 8-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services as required by the facility.
Requirements
- 2 years of previous OT experience (required)
- Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months (required)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Epic experience (preferred)
- BLS certification (required)
- State license in Iowa (required)
- Must have own vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Driver’s License (required)
- Work history/resume (required)
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date (required)
- 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ from the amount shown and may be subject to change during an assignment.
