Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,693 per week

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position in the Seaside, OR area.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled home health occupational therapy services covering Seaside, OR and surrounding areas
• Conduct up to 6 patient visits per day on a 1:1 patient ratio
• Complete documentation via EPIC Remote Client (laptop) and Rover (phone app)
• Perform Oasis assessments as required

Requirements

• Active OT license in Oregon or a compact state
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Oasis experience required
• Own transportation required
• Primary series COVID vaccination required

Schedule

• Shift: Days, 8 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating between units required

Assignment Details

• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Service area may require drive times up to 60-90 minutes per day
• Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• Free parking available
