Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,697 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This 13-week position starts on August 31, 2026, and offers 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of previous OT experience (required).
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months.
• Home health experience (preferred).
• Epic experience (preferred).
• BLS certification (required).
• Valid state license in Iowa (required).
• Must have own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Work history/resume (required).
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission (required).
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
