Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,606 per week

About the role

The position involves providing occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of recent clinical experience and current state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve functional abilities
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and families

Requirements

• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.)

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours shift
• 13 weeks duration
• Up to $2606.20 per week
