About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting August 24, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Home health experience
- OASIS training preferred
- Certifications: BLS, LVST*, Oasis Trained*
- One year of experience required
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
