About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting August 2, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required.
- OASIS experience/training preferred.
- BLS (AHA or equivalent).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable personal vehicle for home visits.
- Covid-19 vaccination or approved exemption required.
- Flu vaccination or signed declination (mask required at all times if declined).
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or current certification as a Registered Nurse.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
