About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with the patient’s plan of care
- Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document all patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Home Health experience is required
- OASIS training preferred
- AHA BLS Certification – Required
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle required for home visits
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- Current CPR certification
