Travel Occupational Therapist position in Owosso, Michigan. 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a home-health setting
- Complete OASIS documentation
- Use own vehicle for patient visits; maintain a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance
- Submit all scheduling requests at time of application; facility will not approve requests after offer
Requirements
- 2+ years of current Occupational Therapy experience
- 2+ years of current home-health experience
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active Michigan (LARA) Occupational Therapy license
- Skills Checklist (current within 1 year) for both Occupational Therapy and Home Health specialties
- Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
- Permanent address included in profile; any/all requested time off (RTO) listed at submission
