Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,531 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities for patients.
• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current, valid OR professional license as an Occupational Therapist.
