This is a 13-week travel contract with 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Contract Details

• Weekly pay: $2,344 – $2,571 (based on 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week; tax-free stipend amount to be determined)
• 13-week contract
• Paid hourly — not by the visit
• Designated territory of coverage
