Travel Occupational Therapist Home Health - $2,400 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 31, 2026, in Medford, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in various settings
• Adapt therapy sessions to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current, valid OR professional license as an Occupational Therapist

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, travel distance, demand, experience, etc. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
