Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,440 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting September 21, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of home health experience
• OASIS training preferred
• Certifications: BLS, LVST*, Oasis Trained*
• Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for home visits
• Covid-19 vaccination or exemption form on file

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
