Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Roseville, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Minnesota
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the national certification exam
• Experience working with patients in home health settings
• Knowledge of home health insurance and reimbursement processes

Skills

Pay
