Seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations within California.
