About the role
The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in home health setting preferred

Pay
Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
Schedule
