Travel Occupational Therapist, Home Health - $2,136 per week

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 3, 2026 in Springfield, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Active Occupational Therapist License

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited OT program
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,136.00 (Based on 40hrs/week)

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days a week
