About the role
An Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitation services to patients requiring therapy interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develops individualized care plans
- Administers skilled therapy services based on physician orders
- Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve patient goals, ensuring optimal functional recovery
- Conduct patient assessments
- Establish and modify treatment plans
- Deliver therapy interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient recovery goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Pass the NBCOT exam
- Hold or be in the process of obtaining current state licensure
- Minimum of one year of professional experience
- CPR certification
- Compliance with client facility requirements
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
