About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a hospital-based inpatient unit in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment goals
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Epic EMR
- Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required
Requirements
- Active South Carolina or Multistate Compact Occupational Therapist license required at start of contract
- NBCOT certification required
- BLS certification required (AHA accepted only)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
- Reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- SSN and Driver's License required for consideration
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
