About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 14-week contract in Fremont, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in providing occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $3,000.00 (Based on 40 hours)
