Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026 in Carmichael, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care facilities preferred.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $3,000.00 (Based on 40 hrs)
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
