About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Petaluma, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the national certification exam.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $3,000.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
