Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,806 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.
• OT experience of at least 2 years required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• BLS certification required.
• Iowa state license required.
• Iowa Compact allowed.

Qualifications

Must be licensed in Iowa and hold a current BLS certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to occupational therapy.

Weekly pay provided.
