About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 15-week position in Gold Beach, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current Oregon license.
- Lymphedema certification/specialist.
- BLS certification.
- NPI number.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current active registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Experience working with patients in various healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
