Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Breckenridge, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Minnesota.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package, including a tax-free stipend to be determined based on the duration of the assignment. The pay is structured based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
