About the role
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current, active OT license (license required if applicable).
- Current BLS certification required.
- Valid references from a Manager and Director required for consideration.
- Skills checklist required for consideration.
