About the role
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. The schedule is 4x10 days (10 hours per day). You must hold a current, unrestricted state license and have at least one year of recent acute care experience in the specialty.
Requirements
- Current resume
- Valid state licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, or specialty certifications as applicable
- Two current clinical references
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening
Pay
- Estimated total gross weekly pay: $2,686.40
- Estimated taxable gross weekly pay: $1,043.85
- Estimated non-taxable gross weekly pay (stipend): $1,642.55
Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
