Requirements
- OT State Licensure
- BLS certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Orientation: minimum 2 days with preceptor support until independent practice
Support & Environment
The department is managed by a Director of Rehab and Supervisor, who are accessible via phone but not on-site daily. Support staff includes 3 physical therapists, 3 occupational therapists, and 1 certified occupational therapy assistant.
- Dress code: business casual (no jeans except Fridays), closed-toed shoes, and professional scrubs without graphics, logos, or designs.

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
