Schedule
Days shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Training working with adult and geriatric populations with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC charting experience
Additional Information
- Can be low censused and put on call, with a two-hour minimum call back time
- During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccinations are required to wear masks at all times, per organizational policy
- The contract length is 13 weeks, starting on August 3, 2026
- Low census unbillable hours totaling 36 may be applicable during the assignment
- Dress code is business casual
